An expression note from one of participant from 2018;
The 4 days experience has totally shifted me “inwards’ for a more profound experience as an individual and a sound vibrational practitioner. The pure sense of joy, the laughter, and the delicate learning on how to deeply connect yourself with the bowls is invaluable. Even weeks after the training, the learning continue with this “new” level of vibration to distinguish how our 3 mind (thinking, feeling & awareness) functions. The intuitive process of the flow, balancing and mind/body integration is what sets this apart from other learning style of similar courses.
If you are ready to relax and open your mind, hence, enable you to feel more at your heart, and leading you to a deeper level of transformation, then this is for you!
You will also get to meet a bunch of “child-like”, fun chatting and dessert loving group of “Wellness Mafias”. So yes, we are not just being Zen-ish all the time
This course is based on my experience as a healer for more than 20 years, an integrative approach to look at body, mind and soul.
The class will conduct by intuitive sharing

The singing bowl was originated from pre-Buddhist Shamanic Bon Po culture in Himalayas, and it was often called “Tibetan” Singing Bowl, the bowls were made in various countries as Bhutan, Nepal, India and Tibet.
Traditionally, the bowls were made of seven sacred metals, corresponding to the seven planets of GOLD- Sun, Mercury- Mercury, Iron- Mars, Lead- Saturn, Silver- Moon, Copper- Venus and Tin- Jupiter. Indigenously was mentioned that, Iron was from meteorites found in the top of Himalayan Mountain, Metal was from the heaven. Unlike some of the Tibetan sound devices that were well documented, as part of Tibetan Buddhist Cannon, there was absolutely nothing written about the singing bowls even though they have been found in both monasteries and private homes.
The Tibetans were mentioned the bowls were simply bowls for food container, (traditionally, Tibetan pregnancy women would eat out of these bowls so they received a homeopathic dose of the metal elements to maintain their mineral intake). It was hard to believe that the handmade object that vibrating each substances and simultaneous the tones as its own consistent frequency and sustaining a range of vibrations were intended as a container for food.
On the deeper understanding in Tibetan culture, the Singing bowls were not just for a food container, the highest Lamas were using them as ritual offerings to their Gods and Deities, and some folks was said; the highest Lamas used these bowls for their rituals to travel another level of consciousness, but it was forbidden to talk about these bowls, even within the monasteries itself.
The sound or vibration of singing bowls was pure and universal, that allow the frequency of the sound vibrating the water in our body, it helps the body to relax and slow down the busy mind to clam down, allowing an inner peace. Singing bowls could be a good tool for meditation practice or induce the state of relaxation. Nowadays most of healers or spa industries had integrated the singing bowl to induce deeper state of relaxation prior performing their treatments, as the sound vibration will vibrate water in our body at the cellular level internally.
All the singing bowls are hand made on a Full Moon evening of each month by enhancing the subtle moon energy for subtle healing vibrations. Our Singing bowls are chosen carefully by sound testing to ensure the healing properties, either for simply meditation practice base on personal use and for healing purpose. We have selected carefully for the long lasting and powerful sound for your truly unique healing Masterpieces.
